Longganisa with Egg!

This one deserves a repost. It was lost in translation, so to speak. Yummy right? The pictures speak for themselves.
This is Lucban Longganisa served with rice and egg. I used the oil used for the longganisa (which turned red) to fry the rice. Makes a flavorful fried rice with beautiful color. Serve with suka or vinegar for the longganisa and ketchup for the egg.

Canned Sisig and a Lot of Onion!

There are lots of canned sisig in the market today. I make it delicious by sauteing it with garlic and adding a little more pepper and/or salt. And then an egg at the last minute plus a load of onion and calamansi/lemon juice. Serve it with rice and soy sauce/chili sauce. Yum!

Oh Shiit!

No, I'm not swearing. It just so happened that I went to a Sunday market and I was able to see a lot of ingredients and vegetable and fruits! However, I don't have much money. But I was able to buy my favorite! Mushrooms! Any kind but I got Shiitake Mushrooms! I sauted it a little, put some soy sauce, garlic, margarine, and voila! Very delicious!

Here are the pictures from the Sunday market.

Veggie Day!

I decided to have an all-veggie dinner. I got TLC salad (tomato, lettuce, and cucumber) and Fried Eggplant topped with Shrimp Paste, just like the one served at Beach House. Yum!
